welcome, mdm77351: your experience sounds familiar; the question is to which extent it can be described as "sensing your own death" in times as crazy as these ..... i41 would not choose any psych-ward to check my self in. or what special welcome can be expected elsewhere? still giving alternative communications a sincere try: with all due respect to the bandwidthof this thread..

I do not have a complete answer for this. Lucid dreams are in effect out of body experiences. The consciousness is in the astral body while the earth body is asleep. The after-effects of a disturbing lucid dream can feel more real than waking consciousness., Example: I once killed a child in a dream and buried the corpse in the desert. For months afterwards I felt guilty and apprehensive - Even when awake I could not be certain if I had really done it or not and kept feeling that police would find the body and arrest me. In your case I would suggest the after-0effedcts of the experience will fade over time and you will return to normal consciousness.
