imprinted in the human psyche
They carry with them huge burdens that hamper the commonweal
and thus lead inevitably to periodic breakdowns

Dishonesty
Trespass
Barriers

Jails
Ill will
Terrorism
War

Endless policing and suspicious administrative oversight - consumes some 60% of the GNP

Love of neighbor
encourages self pride
brings out the best in all of us
and via the example of general goodwill
gradually gets rid of all the worst in us
