Teenage romance is one thing. Starting a family is another thing altogether. Marriage is a life contract. Men should only marry when they have mastered thermselves; are able and capable of stewarding an estate; husbanding a wife; and fathering kids. Anything less is a gamble and should only be taken if neither partner wants kids. In which case, why marry? |

[/quote] i got married when my husband was not ready for any of the stuff you mentioned. every person needs a partner once they are mature(physically) . what should a person do once his body is there but his mind is not ? most men i know would only be ready when they are 40. so should they wait that long to start a marriage? starting with multiple partners would mean having your heart broken as many times. for boys, i dont know if it is worth it. but i dont think it can be good for girls. |

when young Gods are born to parents
is yet to come
In the meantime
we must do the best we can
Girls mature young
and are ready for motherhood
men mature late
after warriorhood
and are only then ready for fatherhood
that is the way it is
Young men and young girls
are teenage romances
and have no business parenting
A girl who marries a man
who has not yet mastered himself
gets what her father pays a dowry for
