Is there any way to ensure that you will have a good-looking progeny? Such as any way from genetic eng. to when the best time to procreate for both of the parents is?

Nice to see a new face. You will still have to speak to God about this for a while. I am sure though, with the speed technology is moving we will soon be able to take the DNA characteristics of two prospective parents and extrapolate almost exactly what the mix of genes will produce. Two athletes will produce a super-athlete etc. The first marriage broker to offer a guarenteed service that produces a photo of a prospective new born will cash in big time. Physical looks are not everything though. Some of the most beautiful people shine from within. For that beauty you will have to see an astrologer. I met my wife that way (she is born 183 days opposite to me. ) We ended up scoring both ways with our kids. In any case, the future is sure going to boggle the mind.  |

I met my wife that way (she is born 183 days opposite to me. ) We ended up scoring both ways with our kids. Are ya saying that being astrologic opposites affects the characteristics of your offspring?  TD |

You have to make a Punnett Square with your known dominant and recessive alleles and match them with your partners Punnett Square. You should be able to determine what traits come across as alleles in your child. Everything else you can estimate at by averaging (things like skull shape and general height), keeping in mind that male offspring will be different than offspring that is female.
After this information is gathered, you have to render a visual image of the child. This of course will only be the average look of what your children would appear.

I am intuitively connected to the direction and quality of how human consciousness is evolving. How we are evolving phsyically is another matter. But I would say the science of genetics is going to have increasing influence on body selection as we move forward. If I ever take a rebirth, there are a few anomalies in my present body that i would like to get rid of - for sure. I don't want to be the incredible hulk - but something close might be nice.  |

I actually feel that my body is ideal for me. It does have a couple problems, but nothing major. I never used to feel this way until I reached adulthood. The way I look is a nice representation of me.
