Hello fellow concerned Eco's, I have something very exciting to talk to you about regarding a new company organizing to make available affordable solar panels on a rental basis, thereby enabling you to make your own solar energy at home, if you own your home or can convince the homeowner of your rental to sign up. It is a wonderful alternative to buying the solar panels if you cannot afford to do so but still want to be a part of the solution to global warming and energy reduction using fossil fuels. Check out www.solpow.net, my website, that links to CitizenRe Solar and learn more. You can also sign up to be an Ecopreneur yourself if you are passionate about this issue! Will keep you posted on new developments with this project as they happen... Ra Ra Ra!

Just heard some very exciting news regarding the fact that the startup company I joined back in September has been invited, along with 11 other solar companies, to Washington to meet with our new Secretary of Energy. This is a wonderful opportunity for CitizenRe to show the new administration how we can, in a very large and real way, contribute to changing the face of energy and how it is produced and distributed in this country, and eventually around the world! All the other companies are already well established and have many installs under their belt, but none have the larger vision that this company has in terms of impact and so it is extremely exciting to be a part of this movement happening now. If there are any Ecos out there that truely want to make a difference in this world today, with its most serious problem, jump on board while this company is still its infancy... Secretary of Energy, Dr. Chu said Tuesday, at Solar meeting in Washington (without disclosing too much about details) that "Solar is my #1 horse in the race", and that the companies that have been invited today are the ones to help him win it! Very exciting time for renewables in general and especially for our most constant Sun! Finally we will be able to actualize its true potential and disprove the myths about its inability to make a substantial difference in clean energy...
