I propose that America put the entire nations' work force on the job
of upgrading the national infrastructure
new cities
new mass transit
new electric grid
new highways and bridges
revamp the education system and prepare the new generation for globalization
making the USA the true leader and most advanced nation on the planet
We can get the ball rolling by getting the Fed to print tens of trillions of new domestic dollars
and distribute them equally to each State
A proposition calling for State investment
in the collective genius of ALL its citizens
is a subtle merging of the inner dynamics
of both Capitalism and Communism
State capitalization of the entrepreneurial potential of EACH of its workers
will address the psychological drive of the individual ego
to make the most of life and excel in all we do
while at the same time address the altruistic dynamic
also imprinted within each psyche
to contribute the most each one can
to our communal welfare
