if a youth program is to be designed with the youth doing the planing and training for other youth then , the youth trainers get access to every thing in the program. non-trainer members get access as much as they contribute.
with the following objectives
1. there are alternatives to money economy. 2. team work: i)cooperative learning ii)social responsibility
i need help here. 1. what should be included for the youth training? 2. what kinds of activities or rewards could be offered through the program?

one idea is that through sports these objectives could be achieved.
youth who are trained in the sports become coaches. form teams. plan their sports or competitions. so when they train others they are rewarded with opertunities to form their teams and plan their events. venue could be the community/neighborhood play ground.

In order to guide youth in a manner that gives them the wisdom to guide others, adults need a basic appreciation and understanding of the ethical values in life - and how best and exactly at what period in growth to cultivate and seat them in the child psyche. Family values and national values should be compatible. These, in order of cultivation are: 1. Superstitious awareness of the Laws of Cause and Effect (the foundation of a self-policed psyche)2. Sharing ethic 3. Chore-based work ethic 4. Conscientious craftsmanship 5. Courage 6. Community lovingness 7. Intuituive vision 8. Analytical intellect When properly cultivated these ethical values result in a life of creative social and spiritual expression. Parents (both) are Nature's duly appointed teachers and guides. The home environment and field trips into Nature and the community is the best school. In an ideal world the State should fully support parental pairs in their efforts to educate and cultivate self-policed ethical students. A single creative graduate can be as valuable to the nation as an entire corporation. The HeartStart program is designed to produce self-policed Global Stewards and Stewardesses - who realize that the secret to a happy and creative life is in helping others and getting them to join in cleaning up a seriously damaged global environment and creatively engineering our home planet into a cultivated garden of plenty. In between work periods during that common objective, there is always time for organizing sport and play and encouraging creative hobbies.
